All orders are processed in the order they are received once payment has been confirmed. Orders placed before 12:00 pm (AEST) are typically packed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.
We consistently maintain a 99% same-day dispatch rate, ensuring your fragrance products reach you quickly and safely. During peak periods — such as sales or seasonal launches — dispatch times may extend slightly.
We partner exclusively with Australia Post to deliver our fragrance and perfume orders across Australia.

We offer free standard shipping NSW, VIC, QLD and SA on all orders over $100.
For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 applies.
We offer free standard shipping WA, NT and TAS on all orders over $150.
For orders under $150, a flat-rate shipping fee of $20 applies.
All orders are securely packed at our Australian fragrance manufacturing facility, ensuring every parcel leaves in perfect condition. Direct from the source to you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery.
You can track your parcel at any time via the Australia Post website for real-time updates.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order (on a business day), please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us for assistance.
If your parcel is delayed or lost:

If the parcel appears stalled or missing, contact Australia Post directly and quote your tracking number. If you need further help, reach out to our friendly team at info@luxaroma.com we’ll assist promptly to ensure your order is delivered.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Luxaroma is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Any parcels returned to us due to incorrect address details or non-collection may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
For overseas customers wishing to place an order, registration as a customer is required. All orders must be processed with an Australian billing and shipping address. If you do not have an Australian address, you may use our office address as your Australian location. When checking out, please select the "pickup" option.
Once your order has been paid for and packed, we will provide you with the dimensions and weight of the package. Customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping carrier to collect the goods.
Please note that Luxaroma does not organise international shipping, but we will assist by providing all necessary paperwork.
